The British council through the workshop connecting classrooms held at Light academy school was of great importance to all administrators.
We were equipped with leadership and management skills
New behavioural management techniques, staff appraisal techniques and many others which collectively will improve our organizational, leadership and management skills hence providing our school to the expected goal of being the best academic institution for producing a creative, a self-reliant, a respectful and morally upright individual who will build a better world. All participants plus those from our sister campuses were awarded with certificates.
